Empowering the Individual
We are committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live, learn, and work to their fullest potential in their homes and communities. Our individualized plans, informed by participant input, data, observation, and research, help achieve personal goals and foster fulfillment, inclusion, and high quality of life.
Notary Services
Witness Signatures, Administer Oaths or Affirmations, Take Acknowledgements, Attest to Photocopies of certain documents, Verify Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), Certify contest of safe deposit boxes, solemnize marriages.
Supported Living
Provide training and assistance in a variety of activities to recipients who live in their own homes or apartments, this service includes assistance with locating appropriate housing, the acquisition, retention, or improvement of skills, such as personal hygiene and grooming, household chores, meal preparation; shopping; personal hygiene and grooming; household chores; meal preparation; shopping; personal finances; and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable recipients to reside on their own.
Private Care Services
Shower and Bathing Assistance, Grooming Assistance, Dressing Assistance, Transportation Assistance, Housekeeping Assistance, Respite Care, Meal Preparation Assistance, Medication Managment Assistance, Accompany to Appointments.
Residential Habilitation (Daily Living Skills)
Service provide supervision and training that help the individual to acquire, maintain and improve skills related to activities of daily living. The service focuses on personal hygiene skills such as bathing and oral hygiene; homemaking skills such as food preparation, vacuuming and laundry; and on social and adaptive skills that enable the individual to reside in the community.
Respite Care
Provide supportive care and supervision to persons living in the family home when the primary care giver is unavailable due to brief planned or emergency absence, or when the primary caregiver is temporarily or physically unable to provide care.
Life Skills 1
Service consists of non-medical care supervision and socialization activities provided to persons aged 21 years or older. This service provides access to community-based activities that cannot be provided by natural or other unpaid supports and should be defined as activities most likely to result in increased ability to access community resources without paid support. Activities can be volunteer activities performed by the person as pre-work activity or activities performed that connect a person to the community.

Offering knowledge, advice and insights in an advisory capacity.
